Our property is on the "cold" or public side of Lake Anna and includes nearly 800 feet of shoreline with beautiful views. We have flat, grassy area near the water that is perfect for pitching tents and a gravel area uphill that works well for RVs. The gated property is in a neighborhood with other houses and docks nearby. The property has a refrigerator and microwave as well as a water cooler and portable toilet but no running water. It's perfect for lake-time fun, and the state park nearby has great hiking and biking trails.Pitch a tent or park your small RV or camper at our private lot at Lake Anna with over 700 feet of shoreline! The property has a two story dock with lots of seating areas, a flat grassy area for tents, and beach and campfire areas. We currently have a portable toilet (but no plumbing). Enjoy lakeside activities, hike at the nearby State Park, visit the Lake Anna winery down the road, or use as a launching pad to explore historic towns like Spotsylvania Courthouse nearby!

Adele's spot was absolutely perfect for our family. Our late October stay meant that the lake was relatively quiet (just a few fishing boats) and the changing colors of the leaves were on full display. Adele was a great communicator who provided detailed instructions before our arrival and had the site generously prepared with water, firewood and recreational amenities. Our kids (ages 3, 7 and 9) loved going down the slide, kayaking in the bay and playing in the water. The pictures don't do it justice. We'll definitely be back again!
