Site 1 in front of barn
Beautiful place to spend a night!
We absolutely loved our overnight at Main Gait. Communication with Sydney was prompt and helpful. We came in with a 36 ft class A towing a Jeep and site one was more than big enough for our rig. 50 amp service was a bonus. I highly recommend staying here, if nothing else, for the incredible view and beautiful horses.

Great Stay!
It was a beautiful site, especially in the mornings with the fog banks rolling over the mountains. There is a compost pile near site 1 (which doesn’t smell all that much), so just stay far enough away to avoid flies. The hosts are very kind and the amenities are as advertised and well kept. All in all, I would definitely consider staying here again.

They were such nice people and helpful! We locked our keys in the car and they helped us in finding someone to come get it unlocked! Also a very nice property and cool stay!

Working horse farm, beautiful stars
Sidney was pleasant and easy to work with! We arrived late, well after nightfall: downside was we had trouble finding the designated site, upside was the stars!! Beautiful! And waking up to the horses in the pasture as the morning sun burned of the mist... peaceful! :) Warning, you have to drive over grass (basically pasture) and uneven slope (watch hitch angle), but now that I know what to expect I'd definitely stay again.

Due to the rain and at Sydneys direction, I stayed at Site 1 instead of Site 2. Hint: There is a picture of the site locations that I didn’t see until after I parked. I only stayed one night and Sydney was very responsive. It was so peaceful and waking up to a walk with horse, does the heart good. :)

The campsite was great and exactly what we needed as we made our way through the area. Sydney was very responsive to our questions. We much enjoyed our short stay.
