Boutique accommodation on the Dry Diggings track with 64km+of trails out your back gate. Well fenced backyard (that can contain a maremma!) for peace of mind and local tips for dog friendly places, food and nature in the Welcome Pack.Expect nature, birds, travelling echidnas and quiet. The place is yours with no interruptions, thoughtful touches and anything you could ever need for a furry friend. You will love being 10 mins walk to town 'yet' also being so secluded. The cottage is made for down to earth nature loving couples, singles, small family or friend groups - it is CENTRED around dogs and our love for our dogs, so this is where you will see the value and investments. It's lovingly designed to be as welcoming as possible but balances this with minimising risk from the occasional less-responsible dog owner (so no heavy designer blankets or cushions, a washable rug, no floor pot plants etc). It's super quiet and borders a forest on both sides with a gorgeous new kitchen deck. With this sort of nature, the trees may rustle, it gets very dark, kangaroos are all around. Enjoy the beautiful fire/wood heater, dog beds and multiple bed configurations - including complimentary furry friendly linen for one bedroom on request. And did we mention the floating workspace, fast NBN and eco touches such as stainless steel coffee pods? There is approximately 10kg of wood provided during the cool seasons and additional bags conveniently located onsite for purchase. Bedrooms (2) have a Queen bed (master) and the second has a King bed that splits into two long singles on request. My wish is to provide a lovely, nature and heart infused stay for dogs of all sizes and people of all ages. PETS We are super pet friendly. Accountability is with guests for all prevention, reasonable pet clean up and damage. There is a clear and non excessive pet checklist in the house to help ensure no damages and avoid excess cleaning. Welcome on couches plus complimentary dog friendly human beds on request (for one bedroom and nominal charge for the second). There are plenty of things onsite including cordless Dyson to help people achieve this. Guest access The whole home is yours and setup purely for boutique accommodation, with an abundance of thoughtful little touches to make your stay stress free. Once 'in' there is no hotel service - the place is yours. There is one bathroom with full bath and large shower, plus a separate toilet (1 toilet in the house).
