We are 15 minutes from Walmart, Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Restaurants, and SUU. For outdoor recreation we are 5 minutes from Three Peaks Recreation area with hiking, climbing, biking, frisbee golf and more. We are also less than an hour from Brian Head Skiing, Cedar Breaks, and Zion National Park. The property includes a 3/4 basketball court, baseball field, horseshoe pit, and trampoline. Full hook ups and quiet

Was a great place. Quiet. Place for kids to run around. Plus full hook ups even for our 50amp. Covered as well which was nice for set up in the rain. If we are back through we will stop again.

Great time

Great spot. Multiple areas to set up. About a 30m drive to Brian Head for skiing. Close to downtown Cedar City. Safe. Def will come back to mountain bike and hike in the summer.
