This is truly remote land situated off sawmill road about 45 minutes from Big Bend NP front entrance! I have seen SO MUCH wildlife and the hike to the top of my slope hosts stunning sunrise and sunset views overlooking the Chihuahuan Desert, Santa Elena Canyon, BBNP, Christmas Mountains, and more. From the town of Terlingua, you will take a 25-35 min drive (high clearance required, 4WD highly recommended) through stunning landscapes and desert scenery. You will likely not see any other cars or people. You will not hear any noises or roads. Cell Service is unavailable/limited. If you want to experience West Texas in its wildest form, then this is the spot for you! I purchased this land so that I had somewhere affordable nearby to camp and photograph wildlife far away from all the crowds and tourists around BBNP or Terlingua. There is a little driveway where you can turn into which is about 40 yards long. You are welcome to camp anywhere along it. Know that you will not have cell service once you leave Terlingua Ghost Town. Be sure to input these coordinates beforehand so that you do not miss any turns! You may hike to the top of the peak to overlook stunning views but please do not camp there. I have not yet built a trail to that peak so exercise extreme caution, ensuring you do not step on the vegetation or wildlife that I love dearly.
