10 acres surrounded by farmland, woods and peace and quiet. Come meet our animals while you stay. We have pet goats, cats, chickens and some cows in the next pasture. There is a small pond on the property. I also have a deck with table and chairs and a 30 amp electric hookup and regular outlet. Come enjoy a little slice of country.Pitch your tent or park your camper for a real peaceful farm experience. A deck with table and chairs along with a picnic table is available. There are also have farm animals-chickens, cats and cows nearby. You can make a fire in one of the fire pits as long as there is no burn ban. A 30 amp spot is available.

Watch the stars & sit by campfire!

We loved staying on Shannon's property which was close enough to New Boston, TX but remote so we had the place to ourselves. We had the opportunity to hold and pet her new fluffy baby chickens. We brought our RV and enjoyed using the 30 amp hook-up. No water, so be sure to fill-your tank in advance. Ample firewood and we enjoyed sitting around the campfire at night & watching the stars. For activities: on Saturday morning we went to the Mule Rodeo and in the afternoon went into town to have lunch and toured the nearby 3 Bostons Museum which has free admission. On Sunday morning we went to Atlanta State Park and went hiking on the Atlanta Volksmarch Trail to Wright Patman Lake. We really enjoyed the solitude that this property offered and hope to stay there again!

Nice spot well off from houses up the road. Friendly cats and cows will come visit you. Some noise into the night from neighbors driving on the very nearby backcountry lane, but didn't go too late. Would recommend.
