Learn more about this land: We live on a this quiet, private property and would like to offer a place for travelers to come and stay. There is a pool, hot tub, deck, shade, swings, firepit and plenty of yard to enjoy. Our neighborhood has a great playground close by. We in on the edge of SW Austin but easy to get everywhere and close to hiking, breweries and wineries!

This spot was great and the hosts were really helpful. We stayed at the rv spot close to the hot tub and had it to ourselves for the evening which was so nice! Even though you’re close to their house, things felt pretty private. Definitely recommend for a stay that’s close to Austin/stores.

The people were friendly but we never saw our host. Lots of people living semi-permanently there. The driveway entrance is navigable but not for larger RVs and definitely not trailers as there is no room to turn around. We found the hookups but they weren’t obvious. The 50 amp cord had no adapter to 30 amp and the only one they had was being used elsewhere. I could’ve brought one but forgot the listing said I’d need one.

Very helpful host! Helped us get setup soon as we got there. Very nice pool and hot tub setup! Driveway was a bit steep, but it was fine for our little camper. Granted, we aren’t experienced in pulling campers. Overall, very pleased!
