This place is all about the view. You're on top of a hill looking south so you get awesome sunrises and sunsets! It's so quiet out here and there is pretty much always a breeze, so even in summer it's nice. You have full run of the 6 acres on the North side of the road (the hill). There is another 16 acres on the South side of the road that is open during business hours. Down a 1/4 mile driveway is a large shop where we run our business and build cabins & tiny homes. We can give you a tour and fill any water containers you have. At the bottom of the property is a creek bed. Lots of hiking options and opportunities to see road runners, jack rabbits and deer. Occasionally there is a fox. There is a large U shaped flat open area at the top of the hill just left of the driveway. For campers and RVs you can park anywhere in this area. For tent campers, park off to the left of the driveway at the top of the hill and you can set up wherever you like on the upper 6 acres which is totally fenced in. During business hours the lower 16 acres is available as well as access to water from the big tank by the shipping container.
