We have 10 acres, it used to be a phosphate mine, now it’s just beautiful land with lovely trees and peace. We have our home on the backside of the property but are more than willing to share our beautiful spot for travelers that may need a place to stay to visit Beaufort or Parris Island or even an overflow spot when Hunting Island cannot accommodate you every day. Learn more about this land: Private, semi-woodsy, Level site with water, septic, and electricity, can accommodate up to 60' Diesel Pushers, and 5th wheels. We have 30 amp and 50 amp for larger campers, as well as your Internet for the site. The Atlantic Ocean is 12 miles away if you want to visit the beautiful Hunting Island. Several saltwater boat landings within 2-5 miles. Historic Beaufort 3 miles, Paris Island 6 miles, swimming, fishing, surfing, shrimping all within 5-10 minutes. Bring your RV and your boat.Private, semi woodsy, Level site with water, septic and electric, and private internet.  The site can accommodate up to 45 feet of camper. 5th Wheels may have a problem with anything over 45-50 total truck and trailer combo, but it can be accomplished if skilled. EXTRA DIRECTIONS Due to google maps being incorrect and taking people past the site, I have changed the address to a street number. You will see the number on a monument in front of you on the right-hand side of the road. This is where you will turn right, follow back about 20 yards past small bamboo bushes and it will be through the gate on the right. Beach. Boat. Repeat.
We stayed here for two weeks & will certainly return. My husband and I both grew up coming to the low country islands and we had so much to love about this camping spot. We had both trucks and our 24 foot boat. We put in at 3-4 different boat ramps- we fished, threw the cast net, beached on the sandbars, explored& cruised around with the dolphins. For beach days, with the kids boogie boards, we went to Hunting Island state park, found sharks teeth and soaked up the sun. Picked up local seafood from Gays Fish Co instead of our normal trip to Dockside for dinner. To get out of the sun, we went to play glow in the dark mini golf in Beaufort. I needed a quick wash of some clothes, the laundromat on Ribault Rd (port royal)was clean, safe and quick). The campsite is quick and convenient to Publix& Walmart for any quick needs. We were happy to be close to downtown for lunch and the park. The site is shaded well, the mosquitos aren’t terrible& a few citronella candles and bug spray kept them away. Having internet was a plus for the tv and movie nights! Large fire pit and covered area to keep things dry. Trash cans close by. The full hookup combined with privacy was a major plus compared to surrounding campgrounds in the low country.

Absolutely loved this location, it was convenient to everything I booked my trip around. It was perfectly laid out and tucked away on a private drive. Liz and her family were super accommodating, we pulled in hooked up and everything is self explainable if your familiar with camping and your camper or RV. My total rig is about 56 feet, that's can and camper and I had zero problems getting in or out. I rented a kayak last minute and they were super nice about making it happen. Liz I think you guys very much for our relaxing weekend.

Great time!
Liz was an awesome host! This is a really nice property with all hook ups included. Secluded area. Nice little overhang in case it’s a rainy day. Fire pit had firewood already in it and Liz checked on us to make sure we had everything we need, only when she was driving by, not intrusive by any means. Was an awesome time at an awesome place. We will be back!
