Enjoy this quaint and tranquil getaway. Close to local beaches, cafes, and shops. Our property is located in the picturesque, New England coastal town of Tiverton, Rhode Island. The property is located on a main road and consists of a family residence, a Christian church, and a small farm that sits high on a hill overlooking the Nanaquaket Pond. Pitch your tent, or park your car/van, in our backyard woodlands just off the main road with rustic walking paths to the Nannaquacket Pond. Take in the natural wildlife such as deer, groundhogs, songbirds, and our free-range chickens when they are out and about. The beauty of the countryside is right around the corner. The Stonewall Site

Was a great spot for my son’s first camping trip, nice shady site with access to the pond. Close to the road but with the elevation difference you didn’t really notice. Would definitely recommend!

Hilltop Site

It was a great little spot off the road for a good price 👍 toilet was clean. Plenty of activity space. Fair distance from the visible road it’s hardly a bother.

Hilltop Site

We just weren’t prepared for the composting toilet and the closeness to the road. We mini van camp and can primitive camp if needed, but we didn’t think that we would have to as we were in a small town in Rhode Island.

Hilltop Site

The hilltop site was nice and flat. There was intermittent noise from cars passing on the road every few minutes, and a streetlamp maybe 150' away provides about as much light as a full moon - nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't mask though! Convenient spot and good signage made finding the spot easy, and the trails were well-groomed. Birdsong in the morning was really great, and the little scrubby oaks nearby were fascinating. Some very strange sedimentitious rock formations were also fascinating. Chicken coop seems to have been removed.

Hilltop Site

Wide, verdant and the easiest pull off to site! Stephen and Sandra are very gregarious communicators. The wood provided was seasoned, the seating by the firepit and the outhouse good!

Hilltop Site

Nice and simple campsite with a good fire place. The composting toilet was also convenient to have nearby. We did not know from the pictures that the hilltop site was directly beside the road, but it was tucked back enough that we didn’t feel too exposed. Free-range chickens were a little noisy in the mornings but added to the experience. Only other thing was the firewood bundle we ordered wasn’t immediately accessible. I texted the owner, and then eventually had to call the owner, and the firewood was brought out shortly after calling. Nice little stay!
