Relax and enjoy at "Calm the Farm" camp on our 4-acre property, featuring spacious camp areas tailored for grey nomads and families alike. Enveloped in a tranquil natural setting with the rural feel but only a stone throw away from Gympie central, our site offers a unique experience with access to the Mary River for water sports and direct proximity to  the Gympie gold fossicking area. A large campfire area for your convenience and to marvel at those starlit skies at night. Pets are warmly welcomed on a leash to share the adventure. Please note, RVs must be self-contained as there are no facilities for power or water onsite, children and pets must be under supervision at all times as there is an unfenced dam on the property. The historic steam train "Mary Valley Rattler" passes three times weekly in the morning and noon, adding a touch of nostalgia to your stay and is a fun activity to do while in Gympie. Access to the Mary River is via a footpath or through Deep Creek, offering serene walks and nature exploration opportunities. Just 4 car minutes away, you'll find supermarkets, a shopping center, cafes, and restaurants, ensuring convenience alongside the peaceful rural feel of our campsite. Embrace the perfect blend of nature, adventure, and local charm at "Calm the Farm", GympieOpen paddock with the freedom to choose your site. Closer to the fossicking area or higher up towards the deep creek recreational area, there is plenty of space to find your ideal spot. Campfire pit provided. Self contained vehicles only.

Green And Spacious
19 ft travel trailer · With kids
This property is a fantastic spot to unwind, with plenty of space and lush green surroundings. We visited after some rain and had no trouble finding a comfortable place to set up. The hosts were welcoming, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. The only thing to note is that the entry can be a bit tight for longer caravans, but with a careful approach, it’s manageable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay!

Lots of room to camp. Easy to book. Finding the place was easy. Entry was a little tight but managed it well. Nice quiet night. Had a lovely walk by the creek before settling in for the night. Very safe place. Dry grass area when my husband and I stayed.

“Perfect Pit Stop
19 ft travel trailer
This campsite is the perfect spot to break up a long journey and recharge after hours on the road. Or ideal if you would like to avoid driving too far in one go. Our dog loved the freedom to run around and explore, had plenty of space to stretch his legs and enjoy the fresh air. A wonderful, relaxing stop for the whole family!
