DUE TO OUR TOWNSHIPS ORDINANCES, WE WERE FORCED TO APPLY FOR A SPECIAL VARIANCE… ACCORDING TO OUR ORDINANCE MUST OPERATE AS A FULL BLOWN CAMPGROUND OR NOT AT ALL!!! SINCE WE ARE NOT WILLING TO PAVE PARADISE THE WAY OUR TOWNSHIP IS REQUIRING WE ARE FORCED TO CLOSE OUR LITTLE PIECE OF PARADISE. WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU. PARADISE WILL SOON BE FOR SALE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER WHO WANTS TO BUILD ANOTHER WAREHOUSE OR SOLAR FARM. BECAUSE OUR TOWNSHIP IS ALL ABOUT DESTROYING LAND AND BUILDING PROGRESS. 12.5 acres with Pond and nice view near Rt 83, and in the center of some great local attractions. Located between York, Harrisburg, Lancaster and Gettysburg Near Ski Roundtop, Hershey Park, Gettysburg Battlefied, York Harley Davidson and much much more !!! Wildlife may include Ducks, whitetail Deer and more Our property is also nestled between some amazing State Parks and Game Land, excellent for the hunting enthusiasts and more!!! Gifford Pinchot State Park - approximately a 17 min drive Codorus State Park -approximate 41 min drive Samual S Lewis State Park - approximately 29 min drive BAPS Motor Speedway is a mere 13 min drive for any race fans or family’s!!! We can also accommodate racing trailers for the drivers and their family as well.

      Very peaceful spot in the middle of everything you need ! Close to Hershey Park, Gifford state park and York pa. Whenever I come back to PA this is where I will be staying 😌

      Pond Site #1 - Elec & Water
      Our stay was amazing! So grateful for such a relaxing and quiet spot. Our kids loved the pond and playing in the huge grass field. We stayed for a week and loved it. Christie was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions. Beautiful sunsets too! We highly recommend!

      We enjoyed our stay , after a confusing start. Stayed at wrong site because unclear where our site was—maybe markers noting where each site is located would help. Christie’s son was very helpful and pleasant!! Thank you!

      Would highly recommend!
      The site was perfect for our family road trip. Christie was very accommodating. Excellent amenities. We would definitely stop here again if in the area! Highly recommend the fall scenery.

      Iron Rock Full Hook up Stays
      Thank you to Christie and family for welcoming us to your beautiful acreage! This was our first stay at a Hipcamp location, and we were very happy with it! The spot behind the barn was perfect for our 43’ motorhome and provided us with lots of privacy and quiet. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Iron Rock to others passing through the area.

      Iron Rock Acres was an amazing find ! The property surrounds you with exquisite scenery. The pond, where you will find pergola to enjoy fishing, grilling, or watching the deer venture out before night fall . Not only is this property wonderful, the owner's are extremely friendly and hospitable! We definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the area to highly consider this location.
