Sits on top of Chehalem Mountain with a 180 degree view of the valley! 13 acres with about 2 acres being level. Open to long term rental. Picnic area, fire pit, FULL hook up with water, sewer, electric, wifi and garbage included. Close to amazing vineyards and wineries! 30-40 minutes to Portland, Oregon and 60 minutes to the beach. Incredibly unique! Additional space is available for rent if your party size exceeds the maximum number of guests. Our house has one of the greatest views in the Valley! Why not share our full hook up concrete pad with some wine lovers alike! Open to long-term at 30% off and close to town, but away from everything! Enjoy the sunset, view and optional fire pit or horseshoes. This is a great location to grab an Uber and go wine tasting and some of the best vineyards in the World! We are about 40 minutes to downtown Portland, an hour to the coast, and 10 minutes to George Fox. This site is full hook up though we can accommodate tents on site and have a second gravel shaded pad that can be rented separately. (The gravel pad would have electric hook up but that is it). The pad sits parallel to our shop..

Beautiful views and perfect setting! Thanks to Crystal and family for making our stay enjoyable. Full hookups and great WiFi! The driveway was steep, but RV spot was level and on asphalt...perfect for our 25' motorhome! Glad we unhooked our tow car before we came though! Highly recommend! Again...appreciate you, Crystal!

Crystal and Dustin are incredible. From being so welcoming after a road trip gone wrong, to helping us in any way they can, and welcoming us as if their land was ours too. We have had an incredible experience and cannot be more thankful we booked here. Such a beautiful view, amazing location, no complaints. We love it here!

Great view, peaceful, nice location
20 ft pop-up camper
This spot was lovely! Nice view of newberg, plenty of space for the RV. Crystal was a very communicative host and very hospitable. They have a pull through that worked well for our 20 and 23 foot trailers. They had power and hook ups and enough space to spread out. We were able to set up a camp fire area and a big net tent. Super close to several wineries. The road getting there has a few sharp turns but is worth the trip.
