We have a one acre lot in the city. Our 22' Tipi with access to a full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). You may also camp in your own tent or vehicle. Get a fire going under our 20' x 30' canvas shelter and cook dinner or work on crafts (we use this space to teach bushcraft and survival skills classes). Pick plums, cherries, pears, apples and wild blackberries when in season. It's a 1 minute walk to access the best coffee shop and cafe in town. Our camp feels a little like you are in the country while being within walking distance of large city parks (Avery Park and Willamette Park), swimming holes, grocery stores and restaurants. As an urban site, you will hear street traffic on Hwy 99, and there is urban light from both a street light and the storage units on the North border of the property. The Tipi itself offers some barrier to these lights, however, if you want to be in a really dark location and see all the stars, this is probably not the site for you. We are close to Oregon State University campus (15 min bike ride, 30 min walk) and easy access to I5 (about 15 min drive). We host you as a family of 3 including our young daughter who might try to get you to pick blackberries with her.Guests have access to the Tipi and Canvas Shelter along with the surrounding 1/2 acre of property to camp or park. The private access bathroom is accessed through a door on the west side of the residence which faces and is visible directly from the Tipi area. Coffee shop/Cafe, gas station and groceries are within walking distance as is a large city park and swimming hole.

The hosts were amazing. It was the perfect place for a little getaway for me, my two young boys, and our dog. I would highly recommend this spot.

Hosts were very helpful and kind I came with a campervan snd Dan helped me get it parked safely after we arrived well after dark. They had a fire going when we woke the next morning. Would definitely stay again!

I loved this tipi camp experience with a fire. All this so close to town. Dan and Rebecca were very generous hosts.

I loved being on this property and in the Tipi. Highly recommend! If you want to be in Corvallis and camp this is the place . Coop, coffee shop, fire pit, a super warm welcome and even a dear loping through the land. :)

A little pricey for what it is. But worthwhile in Corvallis it doesn’t have a lot of affordable options. Host is incredibly kind and responsive. Spot is very safe and secure. Lniw it is not remote at all so you will get a noise from the street or lights from nearby facilities.

Great adventure at this awesome tipi! Arrived during the evening with a rain shower, Tipi had a wood stove with fire making essentials. Host added dry fresh bales of straw. Nice save space in the middle of city. Definitely would reserve again!
