Welcome to Stomping Hollow Retreat: A Bohemian Haven Amidst Woods and Water Embrace the whimsical charm of our 14-acre homestead and recharge. Hosted by a couple steeped in the communal spirit of love and nature, Stomping Hollow welcomes you to an experience that's enriching and tranquil. Our hosts, along with a sociable flock of 18 chickens, a thriving garden, a sweet black lab pup, and a young orchard that will one day bless us with the gifts of the seasons, extend a warm welcome to you. Stomping Hollow is located 3 miles from the town of Estacada yet feels worlds away from the clamor of civilization. Check out Milo McIver for hiking, swimming, and disc golfing, while the Clackamas River and Mt Hood National Forest invite you to explore further. Be sure to visit our good friends at Stone Circle Cidery just down the road, offering the best cider around. We prioritize your comfort, providing well-maintained amenities including a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a mowed lawn for picnics and stargazing. The tiny house is located at the top of the hill on the property, with the owner's house situated further down the hill—close enough to offer assistance if needed but far enough for your privacy. Come, let your spirit soar high in the boundless blue sky, and plant your feet firmly in the nurturing soil of our beloved bohemian haven.Welcome to our tiny house. It's fully hooked up with electricity, water and septic. It's 200 sqft and has a queen bed, a double bed, a kitchen area and full bath. It sits at the top of a hill and has a spacious lawn. Hang out on our Adirondack chairs and enjoy the sunset. There's access to a short trail through the woods down to a creek and the fields of the property.

The tiny house is so beautiful and cozy inside, i just LOVE the bed by those big windows- it was the perfect solo birthday getaway spot. The property is beautiful and fun to explore while not being so big I would worry about getting lost. The only thing that I would say is that if you plan to do a lot of cooking, maybe consider bringing some of your own tools from home. The kitchen has a great hot plate but just one pan (no pots), just one spatula, and only salt for the provided spices. I made it work for just me for 2 nights but with another person or a longer stay it might be hard to make more elaborate meals! But overall I absolutely loved my stay. Would definitely come back :)

Lovely getaway spot
We spent a very enjoyable anniversary weekend here. The tiny house is so comfortable and has a lot of great amenities. The solo stove made evenings extra nice while we listened to the crickets. Shawn made sure we had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend this spot. It's nestled near a lot of trees and feels private of the main road, but is only a 6 minute drive into town if you're looking to explore Estacada. We'll be back!

Very accommodating!
Shawn was an excellent host! He wonderfully accommodated two requests I had; one, he brought a ladder to turn off a fan for me that I couldn't reach, and secondly, he brought a portable heater for my needs (this is summertime, but was a cool couple days). The surroundings were pretty quiet and peaceful, and exploring the property was fun! Would definitely stay again.

Great place ,to get away.
High lights for us. Sitting at a fire, and listening to sounds you don't hear in the city. Nice wooded trail, and a chance to see wildlife. Oh ya sunset is beautiful. The place is very clean. The Host are great. A cyder place, just down the street,is a great place to relax. You are 10 min a way from a lake. Lots of fun. Oh ya we both slept well in the bed. Would stay again.
