Two WALK in tent sites, (site 2 and site 3) and one car/van/small trailer camping site, (site 1) are available. Enjoy tent camping near my horses or walk further back into the property for a little more privacy. The only site (site 1), for a 20' trailer or car/van camping is near the A-frame. Things to do on site include joining us at the central fire pit on days it is safe to burn and enjoy conversation, (no fires allowed at campsites), feed horses snacks provided, sit and enjoy your morning coffee and watch the horses eat breakfast, or do a little deer watching. There is an 18 hole Disc Golf Course, found on uDisc, Paulina Views Disc Golf, that is 1 mile from the Red Horse Ranch, a 45 min. river float is .5 miles just around the corner, Twin lakes great for swimming or kayaking is 15 miles, Paulina Lake is 24 miles as well as other lakes and hiking in easy reach. Easy access from Hwy. 97, about 1.75 miles!  We are only about 35 mins to Bend and about an hour to Crater Lake.  Learn more about this land: Two WALK in tent sites, (site 2 and site 3) and one car/van/small trailer camping site, (site 1) are available. Red Horse Ranch was a great place to spend a quiet nite on our way to Crater Lake NP. Beautiful pines, beautiful horses. Laura was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Great place to stay if you’re traveling to or through the Bend area.

Private and Great Location!
We had an excellent time tent camping at Red Horse Ranch! Everything is clearly marked and easy. Our host provided a table, chairs, and umbrella. All paths are lit with solar lights which is a great touch. This is the best port-a-potty I've ever used and I make it a point not to use many! We played bags one night while unwinding which was really nice. We used this location as a launching off point for Newberry Caldera and Crater Lake. Don't sleep on the coffee stand at the turn onto 6th ... The drinks are yummy and cheap!

Great little spot!! Loved having my horse fix and water and bathroom are always nice (just a porto-potty but still a plus in my book). Host was super sweet and loves the little touches of automatic nights at light on the bistro table and in fireplace!! Very cute

This was such a sweet little place! My husband, our six-year old son and I stayed at the trailer site, on our spur-of-the-moment camping trip. The owners live on-site, but it feels much more private and it was so much less chaotic than other campgrounds; they are super kind people too. It’s located close to La Pine State Park, and close to mountain biking and other trails too. We felt comfortable allowing our son to do more “exploring” than we would at a campsite with more people/cars/trailers, and he adored the horses on the property (I did too!).
