Welcome to Our family farm of 170 acre ! We are two sisters with our husbands and children want to share with you our peaceful farm. Surrounded by Hills, Creeks, Woods, and Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets! We are settled in the Hills of White Eyes Township. There is lots of history of Native Americans, and the first settlers in this area ( there is a great outdoor play based on a true story called Trumpet in the Land about 30 min from our location) On our farm you may still be able to find arrow heads in the creek bottoms! There is lots of wildlife that may wander through your camp site. The air is full of fresh Country smells. Some tame animals that you will see are Lowline cows ( miniature cows), Chickens, Pigs, Miniature Donkeys, Dogs, Cats.
Such a beautiful property peacefully tucked away. Shelia is a wonderful host, don’t forget to get some homemade treats! The gravel roads are phenomenal for biking with some SOLID elevation. Will definitely be back :)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay, the peaceful stream campsite 2 was very nice and secluded, clean, and had a very nice mulch path back to the site from where you park which is about 100-200 ft. Sheila was very responsive and pleasant, and they delivered wood to the campsite when we needed it which was very nice. The wagon at the front of the trail was also extremely nice to have. The Farmland itself is beautiful and secluded in its own right. I will gladly take another trip to stay here again! There were nice trails around the property, and it was the perfect time of year when we went for vibrant Fall Foliage. Highly recommend!
What a wonderful place. Great hosts. Enjoyed the accommodations :)
The hot water available and wagon were greatly appreciated. I do recommend getting the cinnamon rolls, delicious!
This is our second stay at Pleasant Valley. We are a family of 5 with (3) kids 10 and under. Such a perfect camping experience! Sheila was an amazing host (make sure you purchase her cinnamon rolls!). The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals, playing tetherball, and hiking the trails. The porta-potty was extremely clean and a great amenity with young kids. So much to do and see on the property, we will be back next year.
We make it our favorite fall family event to go here year after year and the campground just gets better and better. It's such a special time with such a beautiful campsite and incredible host!
