Welcome to our riverside farm used to rehabilitate injured and orphaned wildlife. River red gums are frequented by free-ranging koalas.
We have two beaches for river swimming and high banks for fishing. More suited for tent campers and camper trailers to access campsite near the river beach. Large caravans and motorhomes will not be suitable for access to the river but paddock space away from the river would be suitable.
There are no amenities so you'll need to have your own. If there is an emergency please see me for access to granny flat for use of amenities.
Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place. Please see the host before lighting a fire. Plenty of firewood lying around for you to gather your own.
Guests are welcome to see me on arrival and view orphaned wildlife (joey roos, possums and birds) which we have in care. The campsite at Numeralla offers a peaceful and secluded setting by the Murrumbidgee River, surrounded by towering gum trees and abundant wildlife, including frequent koala sightings. Most campers appreciate the large, open spaces and the convenience of being close to town while still feeling remote. However, some visitors have noted occasional traffic noise from the nearby highway, which can be a minor disturbance for light sleepers. Overall, this location is ideal for those seeking both tranquility and a touch of nature, with river access perfect for swimming and fishing.

19 ft pop-up camper
Very large open area surrounded by tall gums, a lot of shade yet sunny enough to keep your solar panels happy, surrounded by the river, very quiet and secluded, the track in might be a bit tight for a large van

Bush Oasis
16 ft travel trailer · With kids
Numeralla is an absolute bush oasis! Arriving at this campsite you are greeted with an expansive flat surface surrounded by gums. The site is within a scenic bend in the Murrumbidgee River.
There is plenty of wildlife, we spotted a koala before we had even set up (the kids named it ‘Sprinkles’) The property is well suited for tending but there is plenty of room for those with vans and campers. You must be self contained as there is no power or water here. We could faintly hear some hwy noise but it didn’t effect our stay at all.
Enjoy the peaceful birdsong as you play at the natural sandy river beach. There are fish and ducks, plenty of things to climb, and a feeling of being deep in the remote bush despite being conveniently close to town.
A highlight for us was our nighttime beach fire in the sand.
I definitely recommend this property as a great family stay with plenty of walks and sights to keep you all entertained. The communication was fantastic too.
