Electric is 20 amp, so please check your air conditioner requirements. Can accommodate up to 40 ft unit. Julie was a fantastic host. Nice little drive to her place, easy hookup, secure. She’s also just an all-around beautiful person and I’m grateful to have met her!

Great stay on Julie’s land! Very quiet neighborhood to walk around. Julie answers very fast any concerns we could have had and was very helpful welcoming. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

We loved our rv camp time at julie’s land. Site was really quiet and spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit with our kids. Julie is also a super sweet and kind person. Great experience for all our family.

Julie was very responsive. Easy back in for our small travel trailer. Very quiet although we were in driveway right on road. We took a little bike ride and saw lake and waterfalls. Great price.
