Our visit was perfect for what we needed during the festival. Everyone was so respectful and the land wasn’t cramped at all. There was plenty of space to spread out, and was pretty quiet at night. We slept well and enjoyed our visit!!

Jocelyn and Jay are two of the nicest people! Super convenient, easy ride to the show and plenty of space to camp.
No fires is common and sensible, it’s a dry grass field. If that’s a dealbreaker, look elsewhere.
If not, you couldn’t find a better spot. 10/10.

Incredibly kind host, very beautiful property, close enough to the festival grounds that we could walk (but it is a 40 minute walk, or so.)
Couldn't have been happier! Jocelyn was just the kindest and I would be more than happy to return.
