Cozy spot for the solo traveler, hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman. Converted milk house into a shouse with a wood stove and propane furnace for heat. Living space includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink (no running water), corner bar, pub table and stools, TV with DVD player, radio, and games for entertainment. Bedroom area includes a twin sized log bed (a rollaway bed is available for one extra person), dresser, and desk with chair. (No bathroom, but there is a bucket toilet) Home cooked farm to table meals are available for an additional fee (contact host)

Toad Creek Hunting Shack

Cabin · Sleeps 6
Rustic, off-grid, seasonal campsite by a creek with an unfinished cabin and outhouse. Please note, this location is not for the faint of heart — it’s for those who like to rough it or get away from the modern world for a day or two. The one bedroom cabin can sleep 4 and a tent can be set up for additional guests. Located on the west end of the property, about half a mile from the farmstead, this site is very private. There is no running water, electricity, or Wi-Fi, and a vehicle capable of navigating a bumpy, wooded trail is required to access the campsite.
