On the bank of the Raisin River, 3 acres on a dirt road in the country. Amenties: Starlink WiFi Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime, and Atari. Minifridge, coffee maker, toaster Propane heaters only and we supply the propane. Heated mattress pads on all the beds. Potable water available via hose right from our home Outdoor Activities: Stargazing Ice Fishing Miles of Hiking Trails on State Land within a 5-min walk Outdoor Shooting Range open all year long less than 5 min away! 7 min drive from public boat launch (No Boat Parking) Swimming with Private Access to All Sport Lake Fire Pit with Seating: Wood & Cash Jar by the Fence Kayaks: Available to rent (Weather Permitting) NOTE: For Winter, we highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles. We have a steep driveway on a dirt road!.Immerse yourself in this one of a kind experience. Truly reconnect with nature! Vibe with the energy of a real tree right next to you while you relax indoors! WIFI, smart TV, games, grillKeurig, toaster oven and mini fridge. Even an outdoor sink with running water and fish cleaning station! Below the treehouse is a sitting area with a fire pit, table, chairs and hammocks. Wake up to the birds chirping...watch the deer, turkeys, and other wildlife while comfortably sipping on coffee from the front porch. Spend the day fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, floating in the lake, or enjoying the wineries and farm stands nearby! Unwind in the evening by the fire, making smores and stargazing. One queen bed on main floor and two twin beds in loft! River runs thru the back of the yard, but it is not always easily accessible, as we are on a section with a large floodplain. Another river access point is about 1/2 mile down the road. This is a great fishing spot, always accessible, with parking, and easy kayak launch. You will also be less than 1/4 to private lake access, on a spring fed all sports lake . Bathroom situation is: Not far from the treehouse for convience there is a porta potty that is serviced weekly by company and sanitized between guests. There is a hand washing station there as well. Full shower and bath with essentials on the upstairs floor which is private. Please message me when booking if you plan on using this option. There is a propane heater inside the treehouse: heated mattress pads with controls for all the beds. Plenty of extra blankets.:)

There is no shower inside the treehouse. Send me a message if you would like to have access to the full guest bathroom. Please note the full bathroom is in my home which is on the property. There is a porta potty next to the treehouse (don't worry, the company pumps it weekly and it is cleaned and sanitized between guests! Very clean!

AMAZING!!!!

Highly recommend! My partner and I had the most amazing stay with our dog. Samantha and her family are generous, welcoming, informative and FUN! Max the dog is the absolute cutest with his little wiggle and smile. The tree house is cute, comfortable and even better than the descriptions. We will be back!

We had a great time at the treehouse! Sam is seriously the best host and made sure everything was perfect for us. The treehouse was so adorable, and the most handsome doggo, Max, wanted to be best friends. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away!

Very cute treehouse and comfy bed. Arrived late but enjoyed coffee in the morning on the porch listening to the birds. It was love at first sight when I saw their dog, Max!

Definitely recommend you try this experience, the tree house is amazing and Sam went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed are stay. Provided a yummy breakfast very much enjoyed. Cleanest portapotty I've ever used hand washing station provided. Enjoyed the wildlife and just a very peaceful area. Highly recommend Sam was a great host

The atmosphere of the treehouse itself was just amazing. Sam was both exceptionally progressional and wonderfully personable as a host. I am already booked to go back and do plan to use the space regularly for personal retreat time.
