Welcome to our scenic camp area located in beautiful Maine. We offer a comfortable private no frills REAL camp experience in the foothills of Maine. Enjoy nature as you explore our maintained 3-mile trail system, perfect for leisurely walks. Our RV sites are just off the road in an open area and gated. RV sites have power and water. All other amenities are a short 2-3 minute walk up to our OUTPOST SITE and day use communal picnic area. OUTPOST CAMPSITE This site we call our ATV-UTV or walk in tenting-camp area. YOU CAN BRING YOUR PERSONAL ATV, or we will bring all your gear up to your campsite with our camp side-by-side. ( 2-3 minute walk if you want to walk or backpack in-or we can drive you up too!). OUR -ON SITE-ATV TRAIL WILL BRING YOU .2 MILES (on the road) FROM THE LOCAL ATV TRAIL SYSTEM. The camp area offers a screened building with table and outdoor sink for day use, complete with a campfire pit. You will camp with 17 acres of privacy. Water and electric on site. If you like CAMPING, but you are not a campground type person, THE OUTPOST may be for you. My goal as a host is that while on your stay at the OUTPOST, you will feel like it’s your own…….quite…..peaceful…..private….scenic. Anglers will delight in our 2,000 feet of brook frontage (short walk away)- stocked with trout by the state of Maine (fishing license required). We also have a stocked fish pond a short walk through the woods to Agape Acres for your viewing enjoyment or a picnic.( no fishing on this pond ). There are a number of GREAT small bass ponds in our area just minutes away! Also, disc golf and 3 local trails- STREAKED MOUNTAIN TRAIL, PACKARD TRAIL, and the LOWELL TRAIL are within a 10 minute drive. ******RV campers will appreciate our 50 amp and 30 amp service options. Best of all, access to all amenities is included with your reservation, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay. The OUTPOST SITE communal outdoor summer kitchen use provided free. 2 bundles of firewood free. Walk in sites are separated well but share the fire pit and summer kitchen and sink and bathhouse-I recommend reserving BOTH SITES for total privacy. Bicycle repair shop on premises. ATV trails and snowmobiling, in season, with access from camp area. ***Please contact us for large group rates as we offer a GREAT private group camping experience!*** FROM MID OCTOBER UNTIL MID APRIL - THERE IS NO RUNNING WATER,SHOWERS,OR FLUSH TOILETS IN USE.( due to freezing weather ). Jugs of potable water can be given to campers if needed.

AGAPE ACRES—RV/POP UP 30 amp
Perfect Host and Lots to do!
Art was a FANTASTIC HOST! We stayed at the lower RV site area, parking was a breeze, power and water worked well. Potable water was available and when we ran low, Art brought another jug! We really loved the hiking trails on the property, they were well marked and provided various terrain. Our 2 dogs enjoyed all of the new smells! The hot shower and restroom up at the Outpost camping area was well stocked and felt great after a day of bike riding and hiking. There are tons of wonderful bike routes and hikes (with views of Mt Washington!!) very close by! The market in the center of town was only a little over a mile away and great stop for anything we forgot. We are looking forward to returning to Agape Acres, we had a great time and Art was so helpful!!

THE OUTPOST- ATV UTV -WALK IN SITE
The Outpost was overall PERFECT! It has toilet,shower,kitchen,wood for bonfire,water and electricity. The place is safe and spacious. Art was very helpful and easy to talked to. Our stay was memorable given this is our first time camping.Will definitely be back. Will recommend to friends and family.

AGAPE ACRES—RV/POP UP- 50 amp site
Had a great stay, Art is a wonderful helpful host and the site was just the right amount of isolation for me. I would not have wanted to stay in the even more private area at the top of the hill despite the shower being there, I was fine by the road (initially a little wary of being that close but there was little to no traffic at night so that wasn't an issue). Good location for where I was visiting. Art was super helpful showing me everything about the grounds, offering up campfire wood, showing his private fish pond and directing me to a good fishing pond nearby where I did ok! Hope to stay there again in the future!

The rv spaces were excellent, the electric and water hook ups worked great. Art is a very nice man, makes sure you are set and lets you have your vacation time in peace! He helped my son with local fishing spots and let him fish his super cool pond.

Agape Acres is pretty magical. ART provided us with water and electric hookup and a supply of spring water and firewood. There are several beautiful trails, a nearby latrine, and a hike up the hill to the hot shower. If we’re ever passing through, we’d stay again!
