Your glamp-site is located in the center of a pine-oak-hickory-poplar forest adjacent to our active urban farming family, where we grow fruits and veggies, and raise goats, chickens, ducks and bees. The entire property is about 10 acres. But don't let the seclusion fool you! We are a 30min ride to the airport.
You can enjoy a walk through our labyrinth that has over 80 blueberry bushes surrounding it. As an extra, you can have a tour of our family farm.
Stone Mountain Park is also a short drive or bike ride from here, where there is hiking, paddling, golf, and amusement rides available. For a more local experience, the Pine Lake Beach is just a 1.5 miles away. It's a beautiful site for swimming and fishing.

The campsite is a 2 minute walk down hill into a wooded secluded area. There is one large canvas tent already set up with a queen sized bed (linens can be added as extra), and there is room to add additional tents around the site.
There is no electricity at this site, however there are solar lights surrounding your camp area. Access to running water is available near the parking area. You will have 5 gallons of drinking water at the site along with additional water for hand/dishwashing. There is a gravity-fed camp shower. On site you will find a toilet/loo that is very simple to use and easy to take care of.

You'll get to see the hens and ducks, and if there are eggs available, you can even help collect some! You'll also get a preview of our blossoming blueberry orchard, learn about fig trees and muscadine vines. The experience will last about 1 hour (this includes time for questions.
