Picturesque and private 54 acre horse farm in rural Social Circle (15 minutes from Vampire Diaries famed Covington Square (Mystic Falls) and 5 miles from Hard Labor State Park). You can book a trail ride, or just a riding lesson, visit all the local sites a Tv / film buffs could want, go antiquing, shopping, visit the state park down the road, dining, multiple small town squares within 15 minutes and see some incredible antebellum homes. Meet the horses, minis, goats, sheep, pigs, and chickens. 4 Water, sewer, and electric hook ups. No rig too big! Also, ask about the tiny house and studio apartment also available for stays. ** Full and 1/2 bathrooms in the barn available to campers. Hang out and simply enjoy the quiet or head out and shop, dine and enjoy picturesque Madison, Ga or happening Monroe, Ga. We do not offer long term sites.

We enjoyed our time at the farm! We were thankful to find a place that allowed us to weather the storm of Hurricane Helene and be a peaceful place during a crazy time. The host, Kathlene, was nice and helped accommodate us for a 5-day stay. We ended up walking around the farm and enjoying listening and watching the animals go about their day. The site was a little less than 10 minutes to Social Circle and around 15-18 mins to everything we needed in Covington.

A great, safe stay.
The beauty and safety of the stables was wonderful. They took the time to make a set- up for campers. It’s a long way to the sewer for me but there was an extra tube already there for that. You are gated in and safe and that is important to me as a solo traveler. I would most definitely stay again. The hosts are responsive but everything is great and you won’t need to bother them much. And Willow, Wade my dog and I got to be friends . 10/10 recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed tent camping on Kathlene's land. The views were so beautiful with all them horses, goats, and the sunset. The place was so lovely and privacy. The people that we met there were so friendly. We were on Site #3 with electric, hot & cold water, toilets and shower are near by our tent. Overall the place was amazing and I'd recommend Kathlene's place to everyone who loves nature and animal. We hope to go back there again in the near future.

Great respite
Great stop for us! Big property, lots of land to walk! Enjoyed saying hello to all the horses, dogs and goats! Pretty level sites, utilities all at back end of site so you might need extensions. Quick response to same day request.

Very welcoming host and a wonderful set up about 30-45 east of Atlanta. Horses, dogs, and goats were fun to meet in our walk about. Site 3 was gravel, easy to back into, and required just a couple inches of leveling side to side. Easy! Full hook ups were easy to access. 10/10 recommend!

Great Stay
Over night camped with our 5th wheel. Easy back in site. 30 amp beaker so for 50 amp you will need an adaptor. Pretty location, lots of farm animals to see too. Felt safe and secure. Will stay again!
