Would not recommend, camping spot was very close to the owners house and the pictures were very misleading about that aspect.

The host was nice and helpful; however, if they continue operating this way, they need a more accurate description— the bathroom was inside the host’s house, and unfortunately, it was filthy. In addition, it had been raining for a couple of days (I know, beyond the host’s control) so the host had to flush for you, as the septic tank appeared to be having issues. We did not have clear directions as to where in the property we were supposed to camp (we still don’t know) but knowing we had two vehicles coming, there was only a pad for one, since the other was taken up by one of their vehicles. (We did get stuck in the mud, but the host was prepared with tools to help get our SUV out.) We understand that the person who booked us had a family emergency, and despite that he was quick to respond to our questions; but between the lack of instructions, no warning about the site’s swampy conditions, and camping in the house’s backyard area, it was an awkward experience to say the least. The host tried his best to be accommodating, but we feel they are not ready to host a group yet.

The property is located 30 mins from numerous beaches, which makes it very convenient. The driveway is long and wooded on both sides, until you reach the rv sites, there are two of them side by side, within 50 yards of a home. The sites are located in a private area in amongst rural properties that are not in sight. One of the owners is on site and extremely friendly, and made sure that I had every thing I needed. My dog loved loved being there and was able to roam without a leash. The location was great for me, and I would stay there again.
