Fun off grid spirited tiny house. A 5 acre farm with Private 1 acre separate with a tiny house and pond. Nestled up next to our farm with plenty of farm animals to admire! We provide chicken, fish and goat feed for your fun. We have an outdoors area with loads of games. Bring your firewood and marshmallows! Close to Myakka State Park, 45 minutes to many beaches. Small town charm in Arcadia Florida, known for its quaint antique shops.Tiny house on one acre with lovely little pond. Bottom A daybed on bottom floor and 2 loft bedrooms for sleeping comfortably. Kitchenette complete with fridge and cook top. Outside shower and inside toilet. Have fun in the country or travel less than an hour to the beach! Private acre lot next to a farm complete with goats, And chickens. Loads of outdoor games available in out door shed. Gas and charcoal grill available. We are close to Peace River and Myakka State Park. Lots of fun boating, fossil and shark tooth expedition. We have AC for those hot summer days.

NN Farm, nice Hipcamp choice.

Hipcamp NN Farm is easily accessible by car yet private being surrounded by farm and cattle land. Short stroll behind tiny house to owners farm to feed the chickens and the goats. Owners Kelli and Dennis could hardly be nicer and are available if needed. Excellent fire pit and the tiny house has electricity, H/C potable water with inside toilet and outside shower stall. Kitchen is equipped with basics including coffee maker. 20 minutes to Arcadia or 30 minutes to Port Charlotte.

Wonderful weekend spent around the fire and the peace and quiet of nature. Tiny home was very cute and comfortable.

Cute little shed tiny home, just perfect for our weekend adventure! It was stocked with the basics of a hot plate, pans, a skillet, and even coffee with cream and sugar! It was only about an hour drive from the airport so super convenient as well.
