Just a 15 minute drive to Gulf beaches, 3rd St South, Fifth Avenue, Downtown dining and shopping. 20 minutes to Marco Island. A little tropical jungle oasis Located at the end of a Quiet dead-end street. Bird and butterfly enthusiasts will enjoy a variety of winged visitors. Huge old Oak grove creates a special shady and secluded feel on this 2.6 acres home site.The camper available is a 2020 with a Queen bed, rangetop and oven, shower, tub, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers. A furnace and blasting air conditioner if needed. The terrain around the camper is a little rough, but covered nicely with faux turf. Relax and listen to nature or connect to outdoor speakers to listen to your faves. This location is just 15 minutes from downtown, arts district and beaches! 20 minutes from botanical gardens and Marco Island.

The camper is in great condition and the pop out allows extra floor space. We found the bed very comfortable and were able to cook meals. John and Tiffany were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. An ideal spot for 2 people on a very quiet, private road in the heart of Naples, no traffic noises but quick access to the local areas. We enjoyed the beaches on Marco Island, very close by and visiting many state parks in the area. We would stay here again.

Great spot if you’re looking to be close to everything in Naples. Quiet and nature is right in your backyard. The bed was a bit hard for my back but I had an air mattress that fit right on top and had no problems after that. Hosts were great and made sure I was all set with everything during my stay. Felt like glamping without being far from everything in town. I would recommend this spot :)

Overall just fine. Host was welcoming and helpful. However, a next guest might ask the host if the trailer has been leveled recently.

Great Base Camp for Adventurers

Great little place from which to base our week of adventures! I was looking for a place to basically sleep and shower and feel like our temporary home and this place far exceeded that! Tiffany and John were super accommodating and always responded within minutes, if there were any questions or concerns.
