Full RV hookups
Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.
Welcome to your convenient and cozy camper spot in the heart of Fort Walton Beach! Park your camper in our driveway and enjoy easy access to all the excitement and amenities of downtown, less than a mile away. Put your paddle board in the bay two blocks from here! And the gulf is just a hop, skip and jump over the bridge, about 2 miles from here.
With live music, dining, entertainment, and even grocery shopping at Publix within a mile, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Our spacious parking space can accommodate 35' vessel and includes essential hookups like a 30 amp receptacle, 20 amp receptacle, sewer clean out, and potable water.
If you have a truck and pull-along trailer, you can drop the trailer and park the truck next to it. With Beach Access 2 just about two miles away, you might prefer to cruise over the bridge on your bike for a day of fun in the sun on the crystal-clear waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast.
And if you're a fan of water activities, you're in luck! A boat ramp is located just three blocks away, while a small water access point to the Choctawhatchee Bay is just two blocks away. Whether you're looking for beachside bliss or peaceful paddling on the bay, our location offers the best of both worlds. You can also rent watercraft or hop on a dolphin tour, all from our unique downtown area.
Please note two things:
1. This is a spot to park and sleep. There isn't any hangout space to share with you on the property just yet. We have added a fire pit, but you must obtain permission first (which is not guaranteed) and the owners must be home to use it.
2. We're undergoing some cosmetic upgrades. Our neighborhood is beautiful and welcoming. Come experience the charm of Fort Walton Beach from the comfort of your camper spot!We can accommodate a 35' rig plus the truck to pull it, but you have to detach the truck to park both. There is potential for a pull-through situation, but you'll need a long extension cord for power, and you'll have to pull over the cleanout, attach your extension there, and link to the sewer when you want to use that. If you need this option, please discuss with me first. As for the site, you'll be parking in our driveway, right off the paved road. There is a cleanout, hose water, 30 amp receptacle, and a 20 amp receptacle directly where you will park. Downtown is less than one mile, and the closest gulfside beach is about 2 miles. However, the bay is 2 blocks away. Bring your bike and cruise around, or even walk around and enjoy the town. This site is primarily to park your RV and sleep here. This is a private home, so there is no space to hang out here. The neighbors would probably complain. But it's a great place to park, rest, and be off property and active all day! I have added a fire pit in the backyard for my own personal use. Please ask in advance if you'd like to use this space.

Convenient location, close to a boat ramp, so we could launch our boat to access Crab Island. Close to the beach & downtown. Enjoyed having full hook ups.
