This is a 5 acre, hike in property with a great view of Mt Blanca, one of Colorados 14ers! Sand Dunes National Park is nearby as well as Zapata Falls and Smith Reservoir. Primitive camping, you’re welcome to clear a small spot if desired. This is raw land! The wind gets fierce at this property sometimes so please check the weather before booking and expect a primitive, undeveloped camping experience.Primitive campsite, please pack it out. Park in driveway and camp on cleared areas only please. Wind gets fierce at night sometimes so please check the weather before booking. 420 friendly and pets allowed! Please check for fire bans before lighting any campfires and put them out safely and responsibly. Tourists please remember that this area is very dry and fires not properly maintained can easily spread.
