The View Point offers a distinctive perspective overlooking Volcan Mountain. A wall tent, set on a raised deck, provides both privacy and easy access. Just 2 miles away lies the historic town of Julian, brimming with dining, shopping, and exploration opportunities. Embark on a hike up the mountain or enjoy a leisurely stroll to visit one of the two nearby wineries. Enhance your stay by booking a massage or acupuncture session. Weather permitting, guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool (additional charge for use and towels). The property boasts horses, chickens, and an organic garden, adding to the rustic charm of the experience.The View Point sits with a unique vantage of Volcan Mountain. Host Unreliable

Had problems with the host. She kept pushing back check-in time (due to the camp not being ready) and then quit responding to messages and call until 5:30pm (an hour after sunset). We finally got ahold of her and she wound up hanging up on us. She begrudgingly said she would refund, however she did not. Hipcamp ended up refunding but didn’t have a place to stay that night.

The facility was very nice if you want to go camping. It definitely is not a clamping facility, but if you want to go camping, this is your place.

With kids

First time with Hipcamp and Regina’s set up was as advertised and more. We had a great night and the stars/animals were great. Not to mention horses on property and she even cut a path down to the wineries a 1/4 mile away so we could walk. All in all it was fantastic
