Our forested camp sites are located one mile from Lake Davis and ten minutes driving from the town of Portola. The Lakes Basin is a half hour away. Mountain biking and hiking trails are all around Lake Davis and the Lakes Basin. Lake Davis is famous for fishing and burd watching. We have dispersed camping throughout two acres with a nice and clean bathroom, plenty of parking and easy access to our sites from Grizzly road. We have a seasonal creek running through the property. Drinking water and hand soap provided, please bring your towels and toiletries. Please leave your food in your car as we are in bear country. The star gazing is amazing here!!Spring Creek Campground is forested with good shade and is located one mile from Lake Davis and 10 driving from Portola ca. We have a small seasonal creek running through the property and we are a half hour driving from the Lakes Basin.

6 m campervan
Location good for driving to Davis Lake or back to town. Bathroom nice. Unfortunately communication with host as to parking at site was mixed up, no clear instructions and in dark (or daylight) we had difficulty with getting settled. Suggestion: provide map of site with the 3 options when one has booked.

Tent
Private campsites nestled in pine and Aspen. Beautiful location. Safe for the solo female camper. Only disappointment was, because the campground is in a neighborhood, it wasn't quite until late. Traffic noise was significant. Once all that died down the forest was tranquil.

Super nice and helpful hosts, great birds in the morning with beautiful stars at night. Very nice bathroom and shower.

This property is amazing! The hosts were so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had such a great time exploring the area and slept peacefully under the stars, surrounded by trees. Highly recommend!
