Learn more about this land: You have a blank city to yourself. Not much around you for miles. Though stores and civilization are about 20 minutes away. Neighbors are 100's of acres away. (Except for othe Hipcampers). You can camp, do nothing, cook, ride your dirt bike, ect... We don't really care what you do. As long as you respect land, law, other campers (if any) and cleanup after yourself. If you rent out the entire land, you can run around necked for all we care. Chris was very helpful, friendly and got back to me fast! His land is beautiful, has an AMAZING panoramic view of the desert mountains and feels very remote. The road is mostly dirt but it wasn’t an issue at all for my old Honda Accord Totally Gem, big fan
