Or head to Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park - only 15 minutes away!Merrynook is a sweet cabin that was once a chicken restaurant, in the logging days (check the living room floor for bolt holes from the bar stools!). Plan to relax, read, play games, cook in the full kitchen (stocked with most everything you would need to prepare meals, except for a dishwasher). Outdoor spaces are best for eating, napping, birdwatching.
