Water and sewer hookups available at some sites. 6 miles to the mighty Kings River, 12 miles to Grant Grove and the Giant Sequoia’s, 16 miles to Cedar Grove, 22 miles to “Roads End” and trail head for the endless backcountry trails including the Pacific Crest trail. Easy access to General’s Hwy for Sequoia National Park access

Site 1 - Rv Space Camp site

We had a great stay at Kings Canyon Resort. Although it was late in the season and the store was closed, the grounds were well-maintained and the host was responsive. It was lovely to wake every morning down in the canyon.

Overall it was a fine experience! Unfortunately there was nobody that is around. Even at the ice scream place. No one is available. Toilet seen better days.

Peaceful place with beautiful views

Site 1 - Rv Space Camp site

We had a perfect time, loved the space! They let some wood prepared for the fire pit and a light on in case we got there late, nice touch! Although we got there before sunset which was perfect to enjoy the afternoon with the views. Would definitely recommend it!

Great kings canyon location

Site 6 - Rv Space Camp site

Great location on the way down into kings canyon and towards cedar Grove and Roads end. It was a great spot to pitch up in as travel time was short. The ice cream was great. Spot was level. Toilets were a short walk. Less concern for bears here than elsewhere.

Site 8 - Tent Site

Views were lovely, campsite was secluded and had a water tap, which was great. Be warned that the winds are quite brisk and the signage isn’t great, especially if you arrive after dark like we did. Sites 6-9 are across the road from the others. Overall, good deal and solid site!
