This beautiful property has many delights. Joubert Diggings was once a hydraulic mining site, and remnants of ancient riverbeds run through the land, visible along the hillside. Bring your gold pans and try your luck at gold prospecting if that’s something your heart has long desired. If you love rock hunting, you’ll also enjoy exploring the property’s abundance of white quartz rocks, in addition to potential gold finds.

    Nice little campsite it was quiet and easy to access. And easy to pan for gold with the ponds. Definitely planning on going back soon!
