Site 5 - Coyote Camp Scout Tent
The tent cabins were great! Comfortable bed, nice furnishings, and a great environment to wake up in. The continental breakfast was just right. I’m not a big swimmer, but I enjoyed putting my feet in the heated pool. Downtown Guerneville is a close (if steep) walk. The grounds were very well maintained. Overall, 10 out of 10!

Site 4 - Coyote Camp Scout Tent
A magical experience
I’m tempted to leave a bad review so this place remains a hidden gem. We stayed in one of the yurts nestled away in the redwoods. An absolutely beautiful and peaceful weekend. A short walk away from Main Street. Amenities were everything we could have needed and the place is incredibly clean. 10/10 recommend

Site 2 - Coyote Camp Scout Tent
The tent was very clean and comfortable. No frills really, just a bed and a couple of side tables. The showers are outside and the bathrooms are portapotties. Although, there are some inside showers and bathrooms a walk up the hill next to the office.
The camp is basically in town, so you do hear some road traffic and potentially people getting out of the bar at night.
The tents are super close together and we had someone arrive at around 3am right next to us and that was very disruptive to our sleep. They made a lot of noise and the office left the light on in their tent, which was very bright and made it hard to fall asleep. One of the campers also snored SUPER loud and it was hard to sleep with that as well. They do provide ear plugs but my ears are super sensitive and I can’t wear them.
We ended up switching to a cabin for the second night and we’re extremely happy with that experience but probably would not do the tent again.
We were a little disappointed by the breakfast and that the fire pit was only left on until 9pm. It would’ve been nice to at least have it on until 10pm so we could enjoy it after dinner and our wind down before bed. 9pm just seems so early for people on vacation.

We had an amazing time spending a night here in the Coyote Scout Tent. The facility was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and overall we had an amazing stay. Also can't say enough about how friendly and courteous the staff were 😊
