The land is a one parcel in a centralized location in Arizona, has all your camping needs nearby, water, septic dump, food and gas. It is centralized between the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Laughlin, Colorado River, Lake Havasu, Willow Beach, Kingman. It butts up to BLM land, for biking, hiking, climbing, off road vehiclesThe site is also a great place to go in the winter months to get out of the cold. As you know in Arizona, the weather stays nice in the winter time and you are able to do a lot of things that you are not able to do in colder environments. For instance, the Grand Canyon is a year-round, tourist attraction, along with the lakes and Hoover dam and Laughlin and Las Vegas.
