Our hillside property in Montclair Heights has indescribable panoramic views. Lookout Mountain Park and trails are less than a mile away. It's typically quiet up here in the eagle's nest. Quail, hawks, and owls are frequent visitors. Our backyard chickens love visitors, especially when the visitors offer worms and watermelon.
I put an acre on the listing because it didn't allow fractionals or decimals, but our property is less than an acre.You'll be at the top of our driveway, looking down over the Lookout Mountain Golf Course and Moon Valley. When you arrive, we'll chat and see what I can do to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
