We allow you to bring your boat, ATV and/or RV's & the best part: its only 5 minutes to Lake Oconee, Freedom Boat Club(Boat Rentals), Public Boat Ramp & Marina! Also within 45 min from 3 ORV parks! And we have Oconee Springs Park just down the road. Bring your paddle boards, fishing rods or just bring yourself. Just 1 hour from Atlanta & Athens, our lake town tiny home property is the perfect getaway! You have your own large deck out front w/a gas grill, rocking chairs & a large oversized cooler ready for your stay with us! Dollar General, Oconee Springs Park, DD, Publix, Lake & Restaurants nearby! Get away from the city life but have the convenience of plenty of places nearby.As of now, you will have almost 20 acres to yourself. We have a very popular lake nearby, so bring your boat, paddle boards, canoe or fishing rods. If you don't have a boat you can rent one if you choose. ORV parks just 45 min away! Or just bring yourself & come stay with us, and get away from the city life and enjoy the peaceful views.

Loved it the most beautiful sunrise

Absolutely amazing! Exactly what my friend and I needed for a girls zen getaway! The tiny house was beautiful clean cozy and the home owners were very sweet and responsive. The view!!!! I can’t say it enough the view! Awsome open nature view and the most beautiful sunrise sunset and stars. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!
