High desert solitude - you got it - rented as the only spot available at Mesa Verde Hemp - a five acre working hemp farm. The farm is on Highway 145 so you will hear traffic during the day but very quiet at night. Fantastic stars at night. One dog is ok - before 10 am and after 6 your dog can run the whole farm - if he is friendly. I have a small dog that gets along fine with other dogs.High desert solitude - you got it - rented as the only spot available at Mesa Verde Hemp - a five acre working hemp farm. Great spot overall. Seely was friendly, accommodating, and polite. Road noise was audible but not a big deal in a camper. Location is easy to find and close to Mesa Verde National Park.
Seely was a wonderful host and greeted us with a warm welcome upon our arrival! His dog was very friendly as well. We would definitely recommend this site to others!
We have a giant RV towing a jeep and Seely made us feel right at home! Very private and perfect for the overnight we did on the way north. Highly recommend this site!
Easy to find. Right off highway 145. Seely was great. Waited up for our late arrival. So informative of the events in town. The land itself was pretty bare and exposed. It was perfect for our nights rest.
Spacious property, laid back gracious host and pooch, water/power if needed, quiet after dark, great view of Ute Mountain and the evening sunset - and only one guest allowed so solitude is yours.
I loved camping under the cottonwood trees! Seely is a very kind and generous host and little jake is a doll! Perfect place to camp!
