We have been blessed with this beautiful property and want to share it with others. We have been operating an Airbnb out of the old barn for 5 years now. The barn was the old feed store in Cody and was moved to this property. Buffalo Bill supposedly bought feed from the store. Lovell is known as the Rose Capitol of Wyoming with the climate being perfect for growing roses. The Pryor Mountain Wild Mustangs are just minutes from our place and we almost always see them out there. Starting summer of 2025 we are excited to be partnering with Tangle Ridge Outfitters out of Greybull Wyoming to offer horse trail rides. Ask for how to contact them to schedule your ride. Cody, only 50 miles to the west is a town loaded with history of the old west and features Cody Nite Rodeo every night of the summer from June 1 through August 30 as well as numerous museums and other attractions. Buffalo Bill Museum of the West will keep you busy for a couple of days if you are a museum buff. Just about everyday in the summer, you are likely to see a gunfight on the street in front of the historic Irma Hotel. There is also Old Trail Town, a recreated old west town. Further to the west just 90 miles from here is the East gate of Yellowstone open from the end of May until first of November. Thermopolis with their giant hot springs is just about 100 miles to the south of us. The Bighorn National Recreation is just minutes from Lovell featuring the 3rd Longest Canyon in the United States with breathtaking views of the Reservoir from Devil's Overlook. Further to the east are the Bighorn Mountains where you can frequently see moose, elk, deer and other wildlife.

We really enjoyed getting know Eric and seeing all the things he is doing to improve his hipcamp. He provided a nice shower and hookups for our trailer. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a very lovely stay at Margaret's property, the area is gorgeous and we loved being close to the horses! Our Great Dane loved it too! We didn’t get a chance to meet the host but we did meet Suzanne who also lives on site and she is wonderful! She’s a guide in Yellowstone and works in town. We definitely hope to stay here again next time we pass through Cody and hopefully for more than one night!

Was grateful for the clear instructions on arriving at Tads land. The views were phenomenal, 350 degrees of mountains and ranch land. Was close to town but not in town. Tad put out comfortable chairs and a clean picnic table for us. Would recommend to friends.

This was the perfect place to stay. Loren and his wife were so nice and helpful. They also have a clubhouse for guests to use. Although, we didn’t use it, it had so many amenities. A restroom, shower, kitchen, and laundry room. They were also willing to help with any questions we had. I recommend this place to anyone.

Easy access just outside of Cody, Wyoming. Flat spot with good water and electric just outside Tad and Janie’s home. Nice lane with no traffic for a dog walk. Cows in the field were very interested in our dog. Quiet with a beautiful view.

Eric was such a friendly host. There is no designated camping spot on the property so you can pitch your tent wherever works best for you. Eric supplied us with wood and gasoline to have a fire for the evening.

We had an amazing time at Brenda's place. Brenda and John were hospitable and friendly, giving us advice on where to eat. The location was easy to access and the setting was perfect. The pond and the walking path and fire pit area were meticulously maintained. We hooked up to shore power using a 75' power cable, although we didn't need air conditioning. We will definitely return.

Very friendly, propped, thorough communication. Excellent directions. Straightforward sites, I love the way they use the spools as tables. Saying good morning to the animals on the farm, shortly after watching the sunrise… Was a great way to start the day.
