The forest has grown back, the tornado damage mostly cleaned up, I'm currently working helping to reestablish native plants. A 30x24 Pavillion with picnic tables, a large griddle, 3 burner propane for cooking, countertops, and a refrigerator. 2 - 14 x 20 cabins with 2 lofts each and a queen bed on the main floor, each cabin can sleep 6 comfortably. Cabins have a TV with wifi and countertop/ cupboards and a corner table. Bathhouse 12 x 12 with running water & and a kitchen sink in one half and a compostable toilet with a stand-up shower. We also have a firepit outside the pavilion and a sand volleyball court along with other games like carpetball, and cornhole. We are located on a dead-end road where renters can take a quiet walk 1/2 mile to the woods and follow atv trails for about a mile walk or walk along the farm fields. Just down the road are also small farm animals like mini donkeys, goats, and sheep along with beef cows to look and possible pet. We run a holistic healing retreat from our home, but when we are not doing those we offer up our beautiful bell tents for campers. Each tent has two full beds, side tables with lamps, a fan, and electricity. Our property is on 7.8 acres of which 80% is wooded, and on Fish Lake/Pelican River with a dock for access to the water. There is no public boat launch, so all watercraft must be able to be carried to the water. There is a fire pit by the lake with plenty of seating to hangout and watch the Northern Lights. We have large gardens and chickens plus we work here, so you will see us around. We do have roosters and they do make noise, but we find that our clients get used to them quickly. Our property is a great basecamp for exploring the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Only 10 minutes from downtown Rhinelander, but you feel like you are way out in the woods.
