Welcome to Bear Valley RV Campground!
We are a family-owned resort located at the corner of Highway 89 and SR-20. (Approx. 10 miles North of Panguitch, UT.) on the way to the many amazing destinations of Bryce Canyon, Panguitch Lake and Brian Head Ski Resort.
Our guests have access to 8 hot showers, bathrooms, laundry room and a general store featuring many snacks, beverages and camping supplies.
Our pull-through RV sites are equipped with full hookups and individual fire pits and can accommodate any of today’s large Motorhome, Travel Trailer and 5th Wheel Camper.
We have many unique ways for you to stay with us, which include: a teepee with a center fire pit and hardwood floors, a small cabin or a sheepherder camper all of which are sure to be a memorable experience.
Tent sites are available to enjoy the beautiful Utah outdoor scenery and night sky filled with a nightly celestial show.
For the Equestrian-enthusiast we have horse corrals to use during your riding adventure along the vast BLM lands that start just outside our gate.
Additionally, you can explore or ride your ATV’s into the mountains straight from the resort or ride the 40-acres of land that starts just outside our gate.
If you are just passing through, we offer quality Sinclair Gasoline 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort, nestled just outside Panguitch, Utah, in the heart of Bryce Canyon and the Hoodoo Formations, is a camper’s paradise offering 36 RV sites that can accommodate today’s largest Motorhome, Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel and tent camper. ATV and UTV Access to BLM Land is just a gate away from our park!
For the rustic camper, we rent wagon-cabins and teepee tents while providing spacious and clean showers and bathrooms available securely 24-hours a day.
For group-campers, we have large, flat, open spaces that can accommodate your group!
Bear Valley RV is now renting RZR 1000 – 4 Seater and Ranger Crew 1000 – 6 Seater UTV’s. Open to anyone over the age of 25.
We offer Sinclair Gasoline 24-hours a day using all major credit cards, and our country store offers a wide variety of snack foods and beverages 7-days a week.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
•All guests must register upon arrival at the front office. Assignments of site will be made at the front office.
•Do not move to another site without checking with the front office prior.
•Showers are for registered guest only. Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities will be open for our registered guest 24/7.
•Check in time is at 1:00 P.M., Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. please renew site by 10:00 A.M. if you would like to stay another day.
•Dogs are permitted & welcome at Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort. In order to provide all our guests a pleasant and memorable stay please follow are Pet Policy. Dogs must be kept on a lease at all times. Owners must clean up after pets at all times (Doggy bags are provided ). NO AGGRESSIVE dogs are allowed (tiny or big). Do not tie your dog to electrical boxes or water hookups. Barking dogs may be unpleasant to your campground neighbors, do not leave your dog tied up unattended or barking. Dogs are not allowed in the building. Owners are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet to person, property or other pets. Dogs may not wonder through any other camp site. Our park is located right next to BLM land with miles and miles of trails, perfect for an adventure with you and your furry family. If our policy isn’t followed it will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
•Children must be attended at all time by an adult according to state law. •Parents are responsible for all damages caused by their children.
•No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcohol allowed in building at any time. No alcohol on trails or in any motor vehicle.
•No leaving air conditioners on all day while you are out, no leaving air conditioner running all night.
•Do not move fire pits.
•Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft.
•The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around resort.
•No washing cars, ATV’s or RV’s is allowed on property
•Quiet Times are from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
•Garbage – Guest are responsible to pick up all their garbage and dump it in out campground dumpster located on the east end of the campground. •Please ask front desk if you have any questions.
•Please do not park on grass or in vacant spots.
•No removal or cutting of any trees, plants, or natural materials.
•Use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited.
•No FIREWORKS are allowed in the park.
•Please do not walk through neighbor’s campsite.
•5 MPH Speed Limit.
•No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property.
• Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit.
•No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act.
•All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site.
•If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public.
•Disclaimer: Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time. Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort will not be held responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages to property or guest due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, or remove anyone from the park, without a refund, for perceived violations or disturbances. In the event of a natural emergency or sudden campground closure all camping fees will be refunded.
