There are no designated campsites. You can camp anywhere except between the green building and the front pond. No vehicles are allowed back on the property. Off road wagons are provided to help haul your gear. Front pond camping areas are 30-100 yards from parking area. The rear pond is more secluded but farther from the parking and outhouse. There are four fire pits around the front pond and one next to the rear pond. The tiny handcrafted Hummingbird Tree House is perched on an elevated deck overlooking the front pond. and features a queen bed, a bed in the loft for two small kids, electricity, lights, fan, hummingbird stained glass windows, screened operable windows and a screened, operable porthole window in the kids loft. The deck has lights, tables and chairs and outdoor table and chairs and a thatch covered umbrella. There is no heat or AC in the tree house. You must bring your own sleeping bags, blankets and pillows. No food, smoking or pets allowed in the tree house. There is a rustic outhouse with a modern composting toilet, sink, faucet, lights, soap, etc. and a nearby cold water outdoor shower (no privacy), sink, counter and faucet. 2 nights at Sandy Ridge Camping

We thoroughly enjoyed our tent camping experience on Site #1 on Cody and Ingrid's land. The site itself was incredibly spacious and felt private. We especially loved the nearby pond, which was the perfect starting point for a beautiful trail that loops right back to the campsite. The clean and stylishly decorated bathroom was an excellent bonus! Thank you for a truly memorable and refreshing stay.

We had a wonderful time at Llamaland Ranch Judy was so welcoming and very responsive to our questions and requests. My daughter loved interacting with the Llamas and running around the big open spaces. We loved sitting by the fire and star gazing. We even caught a few shooting stars. The drive from Dallas was quick and easy. We will be camping at Llamaland Ranch again.

This was one of our best camping trips! My 7 year old grandson loved it. I felt safe about allowing him to be independent. The sites are beautiful. We stayed in the Tree House which was very quant and comfortable. Viewing the night sky from the deck was incredible. Rand is an amazing host! He is very friendly and informative. We would definitely do this again. My grandson said he can’t wait to bring his parents.

My family and I had a great time! Rick was a perfect host. We mentioned wanting to do some fishing, so he put us near the pond. We were able to catch some decent-sized largemouth bass and bluegill. At our camp, we were visited by many of the animals roaming around. Willie and Doc really enjoyed hanging around our camp.

Such a fun experience camping with the llamas! We had a great weekend here, and the charcuterie board was excellent and the perfect lunch for us on Saturday. The owners are super helpful and friendly, and the llamas make it so fun.

Firewood provided and site well kept. Gorgeous area!!

Wonderful, quiet place to stay. Hosts were great, Eddie is friendly and respectful. Made sure I had firewood and gate access. Very clean out toilet close by. Quick communication, Rod is very responsive. First time solo camping and as a woman alone, I felt safe! Once I went to bed I never heard anyone. Just quiet and peaceful. My site was slightly off the road; serene area with fire pit. Electric outlet. Some sites have 30 amps or 15 amps for hookups.

Lamas everywhere, much touch, good fun. Good campsite, chose to camp outside enclosure but camping inside with the lamas is an option. I was worried they might be too pushy bit they were very friendly, only really pushed if you had food for them, then they'd surround you. Very large area, free to walk around, lovely vibes.
