We're happy that we can open up our land for campers. Before booking please read the following information and site descriptions. You can enjoy wooded walking paths in the 90-acre forest and pastures, ponds and wildlife, including deer, wild hogs, hawks, owls, roadrunners, doves, cardinals, jays, woodpeckers, mockingbirds, and many other species of birds. Small mammals such as armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels are often seen, and the property is also awesome for stargazing. Please watch out for snakes, scorpions, pesky mosquitoes, chiggers and ticks. This land has been a huge blessing to us and we hope you will enjoy your stay here. Arrival time should be no later than 9pm. Please inquire before booking if your arrival time might be later. Thank you.
One of the nice things about this location is how well maintained each site is maintained and the inclusion of essential group camp elements such as a fire pit, seating, and onsite bathroom facilities.
Ingrid met us at the entrance and was very welcoming. She took us to our site and then let us enjoy their property. Site 3 is very secluded. You will feel very much alone if that is what you are seeking. Buy some pecans also. Good value and great tasting.
We loved our stay here! The campsite was very private and spacious and easy to get to. Great location close to yesterland farm and first Monday trade days too. And the bathroom is super clean and much better than any other campsite I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!
