Delaware  River  RV Site

Enjoy relaxing by the Delaware River while watching Bald Eagles fly overhead and maybe watch them pull a fish from the river or take a trip down the river on your own tube or kayak while catching Small Mouth Bass. Head into historic Narrowsburg where there are a variety of restaurants and shops to explore. Bring your tubes or kayaks and launch from Narrowsburg launch and float down to the site. Stop up at Bethel woods for concert only 15 min away home to the original Woodstock!  THIS SITE IS FOR RV CAMPING ONLY.

This is a small off-grid cabin/tent built with trees from our property. The inside structure has a full sized bed. Please note we no longer have the wood burning stove due to town regulations.

Please note while our cabin is a premium experience on a working farm, it is still an outdoor experience that takes place deep in the woods, off the grid and in a cabin built from earthy or recycled materials. It is a far cry from a typical hotel or traditional glamping.

This Clearing Farm off-grid cabin is located on our 100+ acre farm. You'll be staying right next to a waterfall and able to enjoy all our land features.

Experience a private campsite equipped with a Casper Full Mattress, fire pit and charcoal grill. Please note there is 1 bed at the property but room next to the cabin to bring and put up additional tents.

THERE IS NO LONGER THE WOOD BURNING STOVE IN THE CABIN - THE TOWN MADE US TAKE IT OUT.

This is no frills cabin deep in the woods made from trees from our property.

We have a large picnic table and charcoal grill located right outside the small cabin and on the waterfall.

We had a group not understand this so I want to make sure it is clear. 

Firewood is for sale here for CASH! Please bring CASH with you. 

Sixty acres of magical trees, a one acre pond, and a three acre field. From the road there is a two hundred foot elevation gain to the top of the hill. Along the way are several hundred feet of rock ledges, caves, and critters. Most of the land is sloping, but the hilltop is flat as a table, with prehistoric-looking ferns under a dense canopy of mature trees.

The campsites are ultra secluded- about a quarter mile apart from each other. All sites include a fire pit, cooking grate, picnic table, and sites 2&3 have platforms. 

Camp ONE: is on the top of the hill, and a small car can be driven to within 150 feet of it. It is pretty flat, and surrounded by blackberry bushes, ferns, and trees. 

Camp TWO: is on a bluff overlooking a picturesque swamp, filled with hemlock trees and ferns. This site can not be driven to with anything less than a high clearance SUV (ie- jeep wrangler), so I consider it a hike in site. It is under a ten minute walk from the pond and parking lot, but the view and feel is worth it. (It has been brought to our attention that there is occasionally a group riding atvs on a neighboring property that are audible from this site. We have no control over what time it happens, so please keep this in mind)

Camp THREE:  is accessible with a four wheel drive vehicle, something at least as high as an SUV. It is the closest to the house and pond, but still far enough to feel secluded and completely private. If you choose to walk there, it’s only a couple minutes from the parking area. 

Throughout the property, there are many quiet places to hang out, flat spots to do yoga, trails to explore, and fishing and swimming in the beautiful pond. We are also just ten minutes from the Upper Delaware River, and all it has to offer.

New campsite, site 3. This will accommodate larger groups, with a 12x12 deck and and room for another tent across the fire. This site can be driven to with four wheel drive.

Behind the tent are large maple trees with a leaf-litter covered ground; in front are soft needles and monster centuries old hemlocks, with moss on everything that doesn’t move. 

Camp 2, overlooking the swamp. The deck is on the edge of a bluff, right where the deciduous forest turns to hemlocks and wetlands. The view is phenomenal.  There is a 10x10 platform, fire pit, and table. This site is hike in only, not accessible by vehicle. 

Top of the hill! This is where campsite 1 is located. The weather in the area changes throughout the day, and can often start with an eerie fog at sunrise in the summer.
