Welcome to Sunset Bay Meadows! We have several tent/RV sites, a yurt, and one group camping site. Once a dairy farm and part of the old Simpson estate our property offers mushroom picking seasonally whey you may find Chanterelle & Hedgehog mushrooms. We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property. Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

Suncatcher is a creek side, small food forest, and homestead in Southern Oregon. We are located 3 miles east of exit 88 on Interstate 5 in Azalea, Oregon. This is a great location if you are traveling/ road-tripping to any destination along the West Coast of North America! Take a day trip to Crater Lake and Diamond Lake. We also advise that you visit the reservoir about 5 minutes up the road. We are a food forest - Suncatcher Food Forest! We tend to an established fruit orchard, pasture, veggie gardens, a pond with ducks, and a small flock of egg laying hens. We are inspired by permaculture practices and are always working on turning the property into a food forest with an off-grid guesthouse and lots of fun natural building projects. The yurt has a queen sized loft bed with cotton sheets, a warm cotton comforter with duvet cover, a woodstove, and a folding mattress. You are also welcome to bring your own sleeping gear. *LEAVE NO TRACE, just as you would when camping = please pack out your own trash* There is a wood stove for the winter months, a solar powered refrigerator, a propane stove and oven, along with a sink, and kitchen countertop space. Basic kitchen ware like: utensils, plates, bowls, Italian stove top coffee maker, off grid blender, cooking pots, pans, etc. We provide plant based dish soap, hand soaps, and shampoo. There is a composting toilet and outdoor shower with a propane water heater for warm showers. There is internet available on the picnic table. Connect to the internet via ethernet. We have a usb-c converter, an Apple converter, and a usb drive to access the internet through ethernet. We make and sell refined sugar free fruit jam along with produce and sprouted and stoneground nut butters at local farmer's markets. All of our farm goods are available for sale. Be sure to ask about orchard raised fresh eggs, seasonal fruit jam, and sprouted nut butter. We are located just 4 miles down creek from the Galesville Reservoir and about 1.5 hours from Crater Lake. The site is easily accessible. You will have a view of the pasture, gardens, greenhouse, orchards and the host's private residence.

Situated next to our home on a 55 acre farm, our yurt provides a peaceful, relaxing space for up to 5 people. THE SPACE The 20' Pheasant Creek Yurt is completely yours during your stay. Bathroom area in the main house may be shared. For the yurt, there is a queen futon for sitting or sleeping, a double futon bunk/couch with a twin above, dining table with chairs, sink and counter space with toaster/convection oven, mini-fridge, dishes and cutlery, coffee pot, rocking chair, wood stove, and other amenities. Your stay will also include space for 2 cars, access to the charcoal grill, deck seating, and access to pasture, creek, and forest to wander. We are located 15 miles from King Estate and other local wineries, 15 miles from the Covered Bridge Scenic Bikeway, 45 miles from Eugene, and 2 hours from the coast, the mountains, and Portland. While the location is quiet and secluded, we are still an easy 5 minutes to I-5. Yurt door is usually left unlocked, and we have not had any security issues. Upon request, we can provide guests with a key during their stay. Unfortunately these accommodations are not ADA-accessible at this time. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE People from all backgrounds are welcome, but hate has no home here. Please respect our neighbors - we tend to wave to each other while in the neighborhood. Other residents at this property include: 4 dogs (Frannie, Zooey, Leia and Suleyman), a flock of Romney sheep, 9 hens, 1 donkey (Gracie), 2 potbelly pigs (Hamlet and Pig), 3 cats (Jackie, Zelda, and Opal), and multiple geese. Farm access is available upon instruction (proper gate security is a must!) Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this time because of the animals. If you are a fiber artist--spinner, knitter, weaver, you may be interested in our fiber business Loose Ends Fiberworks, which is located onsite. We have lots of raw fleece, carded wool bats, and more. Seasonal access to fresh garden produce and fresh farm eggs is also available.

The space 🏕 Welcome to Triple Nickel Pines Cabins 🏕 The Pine Tree Tiny Cottage is located on 5 peaceful wooded shared acres on the outskirts of Grants pass & Merlin, Oregon. (We are 8 mins from Merlin & 15 mins from Grants Pass in the scenic area). The Tiny Cottage has its own porch overlooking the pine trees. On your porch you will find 2 outdoor bath-tubs to stargaze and relax while listening to some music. You will have your own oasis on your deck with your own propane fire pit and a 3 person hot tub to enjoy the wooded view. There is a Shared ( with the other Tiny house nearby) wood fire pit w/ seating area, movie projector, stock tank pool, BBQ & common area for you and the other Tiny house guests to enjoy. We work hard to make sure each cabin has its own space, but the cabins are in close proximity to each-other. Included in your stay are free Wi-Fi, TV (Dish network & Netflix), shared Washer/Dryer unit, and an electronic gate remote for your convenience and security. The other Tiny cabin and Tiny Cottage are in close proximity to each-other with the shared fire-pit common area off to the side. Each Tiny Cabin has its own unique setting and oasis for privacy and relaxation. Book one tiny cabin or both for family/friend retreats and enjoy the space. The owners house is also nearby if you need anything. Parking area and circle driveway is also shared ( Tiny house(s) and private residence) but there are signs specific for your parking. IMPORTANT MUST READ:(THIS IS MY HOME, NOT A HOTEL. PLEASE RESPECT OUR CABINS, OTHER RENTERS, PRIVACY AREAS AND ALL HOUSE RULES) Please let us know IMMEDIATELY if something is missing, not working properly or if something isn’t correct so we can fix it promptly. GREETING: Read the letter I have written on your bed. It gives you information you need for the property and your stay. NO TOLERANCE; We are a Drug-Free property. We DO NOT allow or tolerate illicit drug use or behavior associated with drugs(such as opium, opiates, opioids, coca and cocaine, amphetamine-type stimulants, central nervous system depressants, and hallucinogens) and drugs shouldn’t be present or used during your a stay or the surrounding property. We will cancel your reservation, call police, and ask you to leave the premises if we see any behavior. Property is under 24 hr. video surveillance that is monitored. The use of prescription medical marijuana is allowed in the smoking area/firepit outside and not to be consumed inside your guest house. HOT TUB: WASH off any lotions, perfumes, etc. BEFORE getting into the hot tub. DO NOT put any bubble bath, soaps, perfumes, or anything into the hot tub water. Please report any problems immediately. No drinking inside. No sex. Shut lid and turn off jets if not in use. The hot tub is serviced, shocked/cleaned and chemically balanced before each rental. $100.00 fee will be incurred if any excessive cleanings has to happen due to not following the rules. There is a bar on the cover of the hot-tub; swing the one side of the cover over and push off and the bar holds the cover off the hot tub. PETS: If you plan in bringing 🐾 pets, you MUST pay the required pet fee. We have certain linen/ bedding and extra cleaning needs to be done to respect people who have allergies to dogs. Please make sure your pet is clean and groomed, standard cleaning fee is 65.00 but I will assess a $20-$60 fee AFTER your stay if there is excessive pet hair to clean or if there is any "dog smell" when I enter the room that requires more than reasonable effort to clean. QUIET TIME: quite time is from 10pm-7am. You can still enjoy the things on your porch such as your hot tub or fire pit after those hours. We ask that the noise is kept extremely LOW during that time and RESPECT the other cabins on the property. OTHER: We are in the WOODS and though I do keep the property quite pest-free, there are lizards, squirrels, deer and other occasional critters coming around. We do share parking and common firepit area on the grounds so you will see other people staying on the property. REVIEWS: This is Airbnb and my home, this is not the Hilton. I leave 5 star reviews and something positive to say about all respectful guests. If I have some useful feedback to give you that may not be so pretty I will do so in the space provided for private feedback, I'll never make you look bad in a public review. I have put in a lot of love and passion in each cabin and I want to continue to share these spaces with you. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities and hot tub to any guests at the cabin and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the cabin amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the cabin amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or guests’ misuse and/or negligence, for example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents in the dishwasher or clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish all fires in the grill or fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water overflow.
