Overview

Step back in time in Sisters, a tiny Old West-style town in central Oregon. Settled on the edge of the Deschutes National Forest, it’s the perfect launch pad for Cascades camping. Fly fish in alpine streams, bike gnarly singletrack, and hike the Three Sisters volcanoes. With forest tent camping, rustic cabins, and RV parks to choose from, finding a home base is a breeze.

From April through October, stay close to downtown breweries at Sisters Creekside Campground. This quiet spot offers tent, full-hookup RV, and hiker/biker sites, each with a picnic table and fire pit. Bring your bike—the killer Peterson Ridge trail system is a quick ride from camp.
