    I’ve stayed at many yurts in my life, but nothing comes close to comparing to Carly’s place. Every need is taken care of. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and the trails make for peaceful hiking. Every night we had a roaring fire and stayed so warm and comfortable. Our dog was the happiest he’s ever been. The bathroom is incredibly luxurious for camping and I can’t wait for the sauna to open up soon! We will be coming back

    Beautiful setup. The yurt has all the amenities and yet still feels like camping. It’s exactly what we were looking for. I can tell that the owners really put their heart into this build. Their property is big enough to roam around, and it’s fun to see the animals (both wild and tame). We especially liked Dandy the sheep!

    What a great getaway if you are looking to escape but not have to pack up all your camping gear! This yurt was rustic enough to let you feel like you are camping in the forest but had a lot of the comforts of home. The pullout beds were comfortable, and the bathhouse was nice with it being only a few steps away on a path well lit. Space heaters were turned on when we got there and once we started the wood stove, it stayed warm all night. My son and I truly had a great time and plan to come back with other members of our family to also check out the canvas tent they have with a great view. So if you are looking for an easy getaway just outside of McMinville with a short drive into town for something to eat, this is your place. Oh and there is a winery right next door too!

    Lovely little getaway for us and our pups trying to escape the fireworks in Portland. This is a quiet and cozy stay, the yurt is tucked away near the trees on a sweet little slope. Felt very private, and great communication with Carly before and during our stay. There was plenty of firewood to keep us warm, and they had two space heaters going so it was cozy when we arrived. The yurt is comfortable, thoughtful touches throughout, and outdoor shower and bathroom are really dreamy. We fell in love with the place and will definitely be returning!

    My kids and I loved glamping at Amico Roma farm. A delightful setting and everything is very well provided for. We especially enjoyed snuggling down under the lovely big Pendleton quilts while watching the fire in the woodstove.

    We loved our stay in this Yurt and the only thing that would make it better is to stay longer next time - something we will definitely be doing! The yurt is cozy, the beds comfy, the sinks have heated(!!!) water, the toilet flushes which is always a fun and welcome surprise! Easy to find, lovely trails throughout that I wish we’d taken more time to explore, the wood stove is fabulous, and so fun to meet the hosts - they are most responsive to an inquiry regarding how the futon works! 😛 Highly recommend- would 💯 stay again!

    This place was even better than the pictures. A gorgeous yurt with all the amenities you could need, even things like foil and a can opener. Everything was just super cool and you could tell it was made with thought. The bathroom set up was smart and having a flushable toilet was a very nice touch. The wood burning stove inside of the yurt kept us super warm, even too warm at times. Loved it. Thank you!!

    Nice to have a level and graveled place to overnight during all the heavy rains. Access to a big field which is a bonus as I travel with my dog. The indoor bathroom and a nice hot shower were welcomed after a long day of dog training and being outdoors all day. Will stay again when in the area.

    This yurt was so comfortable and quiet, and the site feels very private. In addition to the fire pit area, there's a nice picnic table near the yurt, and there's lots of space inside the yurt. The outdoor bathroom with shower is very nice with a clean stone path between it and the yurt. Great lighting inside and outside the yurt as well. Highly recommend!

We supply wood and kindling and will even light your first fire for you (by arrangement) so it’s hot for you when you arrive. The queen size bed located upstairs in the sleeping loft is 100% Latex and has crisp cotton sheets, down pillows, comforters and netting. Downstairs is a comfortable seating area. We have heaters to keep you cozy for those chilly nights, and cool mountain breezes and fans to cool you in summer. Best of all you have your own private Hot Tub for your enjoyment! Please come prepared for inclement weather... Although heated, The Bali House has a gravel floor and is not insulated. Please Note: The bathroom and kitchenette are located a short walk away (bathrobes provided) in our Historic Barn and where the horses will keep you company. You may see us and other guests working with the horses, cleaning stalls, etc... However, the kitchenette and Barn Bathroom is for for your exclusive use. Explore private trails right from the property. And the amazing nearby waterfalls. Including Abiqua Falls just up the road, and 'The Trail of Ten Falls' at Silver Falls St. Park. The 'Bali House' and surrounding yard are private. We do live on site and are available throughout your stay, but we will not disturb you. As a working 67 acre organic farm, the property is very rural, but only an hour outside Portland, Oregon. The Farm is also conveniently located close to several towns including Mount Angle and the cool little town of Silverton, Oregon. Silverton has several excellent restaurants, great brew pubs, a seasonal farmer's market, and shopping. It is also home of The Oregon Gardens, a world class botanical garden. Crooked Finger Farms has great history. The Farm and surrounding acreage was homesteaded in the late 1850’s-1860’s. You can still pick the fruit from the original heirloom apple and pear trees! The farmhouse, historic barn and outbuildings were built as a dairy in 1915.

Also looking to improving the land and making it healthy for the wild critters and more enjoyable for everyone. Apologies for any inconveniences it may cause while land is being restored and grass grows back in some spots. We've opened up a bigger space to the creek and going to Make bigger and better ponds and swimming holes. It's much needed. Thank you having patience with us as we are making improvements. It will make camping experience more enjoyable as well for the future. Also, We are putting up a 20' Tipi this weekend and we plan on fixing up the inside proper and will be renting it out to those interested in sleeping in a Tipi. It will most likely sleep 6-8 depending on bedding I can fit inside. Until then I'm happy to rent it out empty like a big tent. Sleeping 6-8 but you will need to bring your own cots, bedding etc. Just text me for details. We have tons of wildlife as well as animals here on the land. We have we have drum circles, sweats, gatherings, group bonfires where you can sit out around the fire and see every star in the sky . This was a Christmas tree farm years ago, and I have let it go natural. I’ve planted new trees and now we live amongst our own forests . We hope to one day have tree houses, earth ships, Tipis and log cabins to rent. We are open to RVs and fifth wheels but no plug-ins yet. We’re a work in progress So it’s tent camping for now . Hope you come and visit us There are Rv and 5th wheel spots but you must be self contained. This is our sacred and safe place we hope you come to visit and see the beauty we see every day. Fire pit burning depends on regulatory requirements and conditions and could change daily. Inquire with land owners before burning. Lets all stay safe and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of what we love here....Nature and Tranquility... Checkin is after 10am and no later then 9pm. Thank you for being respectful of hours... We are almost 20 acres of county and forests, about 24 miles NW of Famous Eugene Oregon, And we are nestled in between Fern Ridge reservoir and triangle Lake, headed to the Florance coast. We have 2 year round running creeks and 3 beautiful forests.  We are a work in progress, but we have a year-round working farm. We grow our own food, flowers and animals. We are currently working on a big outdoor kitchen, where we will have pizza ovens, canning facilities and a beautiful place to gather in the woods. Again still a work in progress. Some spots have fire pits. Again depending on time of year and heat conditions. Because we have so many trees, we have to make sure no fires are to close to any tree's. Again, please Ask before burning. No random burning unless oked by land owners. Thank you for for helping to keep everyone safe.   We have numerous ponds throughout the property and swimming holes. We turned the 4 stall barn into a music room where we gather and host events. Soon we will have designated Spots, equipped with fire rings. We will have teepees, tree houses, glamping tents. As of now we have room for numerous big groups spots for tent camping. Soon we’ll have plug-ins for RV and fifth wheel travelers.  We have alot of space to camp and still have your privacy. Currently we have an out house and hose shower and you can also use the potty Under the Star's. We provide Toilet paper and try to keep stocked but, just ask if outhouses are out of paper. There are lovely walking trails throughout the property and tranquil sitting areas. We will update our progress as it happens. Hope to see you soon.. Remember to bring your own cooking equipment like grills. There's a cleaning station near shower. Water is straight from the well and beautiful drinking water. Aloha Remember, Pack in Pack out any and all trash. Also please Use designated compost areas of only compostable foods. No Meats or meat grease. Please leave your camp site better then you found it and pick up any trash in your area.
